Isaiah 26:3-4
***You will keep him in perfect peace,
Whose mind is stayed on You,
Because he trusts in You.
Trust in the LORD forever,
For in YAH, the LORD, is everlasting strength.***
Don't trust in earthly things... Money will not control your future or what happens to you.... But Jesus is in control of all things. He is the only one you can TRULY trust in...because He has ultimate power over every situation....
When you're struggling, pray to Him... Because only He can really help you.... And He will help you to have peace in a raging storm... Those who follow and lean upon Him will never be shaken.
Though the sea is raging and the powerful ships are sinking, He will be there, calling you to walk across the powerful waves...and come to Him.... Just as He called Peter. What SEEMS impossible IS possible with God. He is mightier than you know.
Remember...He looks after all of creation.... Taking care of you is not difficult for Him. And He will look after you. Maybe things won't go exactly how you want them to, but He has a plan and a purpose for your life.
Jeremiah 29:11
***For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.***
Pray to Him for strength...and He will strengthen you.... If you are truly following after Him. You can by no means play both sides, but if He is truly your Lord (or MASTER) and Savior, then every prayer you pray reaches His ears.
Jesus is affected by your words because He really does love you and care about you. Tell Him what is in your heart, and He will hear you. Just lean on Him, and He will hold you up in your time of trouble.
Forget this world and dwell on Jesus.
